我觉得应该是网站本身的帐号保护功能，一段时间不用，自动登出，防止别人在你不在时盗用。我以前在做大学毕业设计的时候，有被要求制作有这种功能的页面。如果不是不管上网干什么都有断线迹象的话，应该就是这种页面功能的体现，属于正常现象。
