1.安全性上：通过定期体检进行筛查，性伴侣没有性病，即使滥交再多，在低菌环境下做爱，也是不会“凭空”感染性病的，尤其是体液交换时相互感染的性病皮肤病。
2.卫生上：和正常人一样，做爱前都是要清洁的。
3.避孕上：女主角长期服用短效口服避孕药（妈富隆之类的）或者避孕针，短效避孕药其实避孕效力非常高。
