[求助] Level 7和Level 8 用户权限的疑问

应该说，Level 8比Level 7用户等级更高，也涵盖或超过了Level 7所有的权限

但是我在看用户权限
Level 7 允许发表交易:打勾
Level 8 允许发表交易:打×

有点小疑惑
